Yes.

Everyone attending gets a chance to briefly introduce themselves, explain what they do.

Each meeting also features a Spotlight presentation. This is a 5-7 minute powerpoint, followed by 2-3 min Q&A.

This is where a member can share more about their business, idea, project, or expertise.

If you’d like feedback, just ask. Spotlight presentations are often video recorded, and the host can provide an evaluation afterwards.

Absolutely.

At Talk Business, you’ll meet business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals with a wide range of experience who are happy to share practical advice, lessons they’ve learned, and ideas that may help you on your journey.

The benefit of a diverse network is that you’ll hear different perspectives. Take what works for you, leave what doesn’t, and build your business how you want it.

Yes!

You don’t have to say a lot but you will need to introduce yourself like, “Hi, I’m Sally and I’m interested in business” or “I’m Roger, I came along to see how you do things”.

Tip: If you show something of yourself, you are more likely to be remembered, develop trust, and create stronger connections within the group. Win win!
